Fee Structure

FEE RULES

  • Fees may be paid in advance, Monthly or Quarterly either at the School Counter or Online, without Fine, between the 1st – 10th of every month. If 10th of a month happens to be a non-working day, the fee will be collected on the next working day, without fine.
  • The fine for late payment is Rs. 75 and will be charged every month of the default.
  • In case of Cheque payment, please remember to write the following details on the back of the cheque: Name, Admission No & Class of the Student along with the Mobile No of the parents.
  • Outstation & Post Dated cheques will NOT BE ACCEPTED.

In a case of a Cheque bounce or return, a fine of Rs. 100 will be charged for each instance. The Fee amount and its fine will then be payable in Cash Only and the Late fee rule in that instance will be applicable from the following months.

  • Cheque payments will not be accepted for amounts more than Rs. 20,000.
  • In case of T.C, Fee is applicable upto the month in which the application for T.C. is made, by the parents.
  • Students of Class X & XII are required to clear all Fees, including School Transportation Fee, upto March, in full, by 31st January.
  • The School Transportation Fee is payable for 11 months, for all Classes. Please note that if the students of Class X & XII, opt for School Transportation, they also will be required to pay Transport Fee upto March, even though they may not use the School Bus in February & March.
  • No requests for Cancelling the School Transport facility, in the middle of the year, will be entertained.
  • It is MANDATORY to pay the Computer, Smart Class & Mobile App Fee, with the First monthly/quarterly fee.
