MORNING ASSEMBLY

Morning assembly is one of an integral part of the school activities. It helps in the spiritual development of the child. It's a tradition in our school, to begin our day by taking the blessings of the almighty. Each class is allotted a month, where they will conduct the Morning Assembly, thus ensuring that everyone gets a chance to be a part of it. Our morning assembly includes a prayer song, which is sung by the whole school, followed by the Lord's prayers which helps the students to connect with God. Scriptures from the Holy books viz, Holy Bible, Bhagwad Gita, Quran-e-Shareef and Guru Granth Sahib are read in the assembly which spreads the message of love, devotion and dedication. Afterwards, the Current News Headlines are read out which not only inculcates the in the children the habit of reading the newspaper but also makes everyone aware of the Current Affairs in India and the World. Thought of the day is read out next, where a child enlightens the whole school on a particular topic. The assembly concludes with the Pledge and the National Anthem which helps the child to build a feeling of dedication towards their country, to become better citizens.
